LICENCE TERMS:
new Licences are available on flexible Terms to suit individual Tenants. All Rentals are inclusive of Heating, Lighting, Electricity, Water, Business Rates and Buildings Insurance. Each Tenant will be liable for their own Telephone Calls and cleaning of their individual offices.
